Refunds, Shipping and Returns
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected in our stores, we will send you correspondence via email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
After you have been notified by us that your refund has been approved, hould you not have received your refund with 10 working days, please contact us at jenny@primeagencies.co.za
Job Lots, Grade III and Assorted Leather
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
To return your product, you should courier your product to: 9 Umbulane Road Kloof, 3610, South Africa
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns
You may return your goods within 7 days from receipt of goods. If, 7 days, from receipt of goods, has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (not been cut) and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
